How should you read this page?
Our full General Terms and Conditions are a long, numbered document covering everything from account rules to the settlement of specific sports. They are binding once you register. This page is a guide to the parts players ask about most, written in simple language. If anything here seems to differ from the full terms, the full terms apply.
The full terms are made up of several parts: the General Terms and Conditions themselves, the Privacy Notice, the Cookie Notice, the specific terms of each bonus or promotion, the rules of individual games, and annexes covering Gamification, the Shop and the Wheel of Fortune.
Who may use Cazeus?
- You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age.
- You must not live in, or be located in, one of the Excluded Jurisdictions listed in the section "Regulatory requirements and limitations". Residents of those countries cannot open an account or add funds.
- It is your own responsibility to check that online gambling is legal where you live, before you register and each time you play.
- You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts can be closed.
- Some games are unavailable in certain countries because of the policies of the game studios. These are listed in the section "Additional territorial restrictions".
What are the rules for your account?
When you register, you confirm that the details you give are true, complete and your own. Your account is personal: you may not let anyone else use it, sell it or transfer it. Keep your password private and log out on shared devices. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
We may suspend or close an account if the terms are broken, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if the law requires it. If an account is closed, the terms explain what happens to any balance.
Why and when do we verify you?
We are required to check your age and identity and to prevent fraud and money laundering. We may ask for a photo ID, proof of address, proof of ownership of a payment method and, in some cases, information about the source of your funds. Withdrawals can be held until these checks are complete. Providing false documents leads to account closure.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
- Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
- Each method has its own minimum and maximum amounts, shown on our Payments page for your country and currency.
- Where the terms require it, a deposit has to be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn, so the platform cannot be used just to move money.
- Withdrawals usually go back to the method you deposited with, where possible.
- Crypto payments must be sent on the correct network. Funds sent on a wrong network may not be recoverable.
- Withdrawal limits depend on your account status and VIP level.
What should you know about bonuses?
Every bonus has its own terms in addition to the general bonus rules. The most important points are:
- Wagering: bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn.
- Maximum bet: while a bonus is active, stakes above the stated limit are not allowed and can void bonus winnings.
- Game contribution: not all games count fully toward wagering.
- Expiry: bonuses and free spins expire if not used within the stated time.
- Welcome offers are limited, usually to one per person, household, device and payment method.
- Abuse of promotions, such as using several accounts, can lead to bonus removal and account closure.
Coins, Challenges, Collections, the Shop and the Wheel of Fortune have their own annexes. Shop rewards such as bonus money and free bets carry their own conditions, shown on the item and in the annex.
What are the rules for games and bets?
Game outcomes are produced by the studios' random number generators or, for live games, by the live dealer and studio equipment. In case of a malfunction, the affected rounds and bets can be voided. Each game has its own rules and return-to-player information inside the game.
Sports bets are settled according to our Sports Betting Rules and the rules for specific sports in the terms. Obvious errors in odds, results or settlement can be corrected. Once a bet is accepted it cannot be cancelled, except where the rules allow it.
What counts as fraud or improper use?
Cheating, collusion, using bots or software to gain an advantage, exploiting technical errors, chargebacks without good reason, money laundering and using someone else's identity or payment method are all forbidden. In such cases we may void bets and winnings, close the account and report the activity where required.
How are complaints handled?
Contact live chat first; most issues are solved there. If not, you can file a formal complaint following the Complaints resolution procedure in the terms, which explains the steps and time frames. Include dates, transaction or bet IDs and screenshots. See our contact page for tips on making a clear complaint.
