What is the best way to use this page?
The complete General Terms and Conditions run to many numbered sections, covering everything from account rules to how individual sports are settled, and they bind you as soon as you register. What follows is a simpler guide to the parts players ask about most often. Wherever this page appears to say something different, the full terms are the ones that count.
Several documents together make up the full terms: the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Notice, the specific rules of each promotion or bonus, the rules of each game, and the annexes for Gamification, the Shop and the Wheel of Fortune.
Who is eligible to use Cazeus?
- Your age must be 18 or over, or higher where the law in your place of residence demands it.
- You must not reside in, or be physically present in, any of the Excluded Jurisdictions named in the section "Regulatory requirements and limitations". People living in those countries cannot register or deposit.
- Checking that online gambling is lawful where you live is entirely your responsibility, both before you sign up and every time you play. Gambling laws in the UAE are strict; if the law where you are does not allow online gambling, you must not register or play.
- Only one account per person is allowed, and any duplicates may be closed.
- Studio policies make certain games unavailable in some countries. The section "Additional territorial restrictions" lists them.
Which rules apply to your account?
By registering, you confirm that every detail you provide is accurate, complete and belongs to you. The account is for you alone: you may not hand it to someone else, sell it or transfer it. Guard your password and sign out on any shared device. Because you answer for everything that happens on your account, let us know immediately if you suspect another person has got into it.
An account may be suspended or closed when the terms are breached, when fraud or misuse is suspected, or when the law demands it. The full terms explain what then happens to any remaining balance.
When do we check your identity, and why?
We have a duty to confirm your age and identity and to guard against fraud and money laundering. To do that we may request a photo ID, proof of address, proof that a payment method is yours and, occasionally, details about where your funds come from. Withdrawals may be paused until the checks are finished, and submitting false documents results in the account being closed.
What are the rules for deposits and withdrawals?
- Pay only with methods that are registered in your name.
- Every method carries its own minimum and maximum, listed on the Payments page for your country and currency.
- Where the terms say so, a deposit must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw it, which stops the platform being used purely to move money around.
- Whenever possible, a withdrawal goes back to the method used for the deposit.
- Crypto has to be sent on the right network; funds sent on the wrong one might never be recovered.
- Your account status and VIP level determine your withdrawal limits.
What matters most in the bonus rules?
On top of the general bonus rules, each offer comes with terms of its own. The points to look out for are these:
- Maximum bet: staking above the stated limit while a bonus is running is not permitted and may cancel any bonus winnings.
- Wagering: before withdrawal, bonus funds have to be played through a specified number of times.
- Expiry: unused bonuses and free spins lapse once the stated period ends.
- Game contribution: some games count only partly, or not at all, toward wagering.
- Welcome offers are restricted, normally to one per person, household, device and payment method.
- Promotion abuse, for instance running multiple accounts, can mean losing the bonus and having the account closed.
Separate annexes cover coins, Challenges, Collections, the Shop and the Wheel of Fortune. Rewards bought in the Shop, such as free bets and bonus money, have their own conditions, which appear on the item itself and in the annex.
How are games and bets governed?
Results come from the studios' random number generators or, in live games, from the dealer and the studio's equipment. If something malfunctions, the rounds and bets affected may be voided. Every game has its own rules and return-to-player details available inside the game itself.
Our Sports Betting Rules and the sport-specific rules in the terms decide how bets are settled. Clear errors in odds, results or settlement may be put right. Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled unless the rules specifically allow it.
Which behaviour counts as fraud or misuse?
The following are all prohibited: cheating, collusion, bots or software that give an unfair edge, exploiting technical faults, unjustified chargebacks, money laundering, and using another person's identity or payment method. When we find any of these, we may void bets and winnings, close the account and report the matter where the law requires.
What is the process for complaints?
Start with live chat, where most problems get solved. If yours is not, you can submit a formal complaint under the Complaints resolution procedure in the terms, which sets out each step and its time frame. Include the dates, the transaction or bet IDs and screenshots. Our contact page has advice on writing a clear complaint.
Which terms of use cover this website?
What is this site for?
This website introduces Cazeus and describes its games, rewards and services. We share the information in good faith and review it often, yet offers, game line-ups, payment methods and limits do change. Whatever you see inside the Cazeus account area and cashier, including the current terms and offers, always takes precedence.
Where do the links lead?
Buttons like Register, Log in and other calls to action lead to the Cazeus platform. Links to support organisations open their own websites, and those organisations are responsible for their content.
Who owns the content?
The text, images, logos and design of this site are protected. Viewing and printing pages for your own personal use is fine, but copying, republishing or selling them without permission is not.
What are the limits of our liability?
We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on the general information on this site in place of the full terms and the offer details displayed when you play. Nothing on this page restricts any liability that the law does not allow to be restricted.
How are these terms updated?
These terms of use and the summary above may be revised from time to time. The full General Terms and Conditions show their latest update date at the top of the document, so please check back regularly.
How do responsible gambling rules connect to the terms?
Limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion form part of our terms, and once set, they apply for their full duration. You can find out more on our responsible gambling page.
